Young staff and good company culture

Pros

The staff was young and enthusiastic. The onboarding process was fast and painless. They had good company culture, including staff events and lunch outings. I was offered a longterm gig after my four month temporary contract ended.

Cons

Pay could have been higher but there was opportunity to grow.

Great company that cares about employees but can't offer competitive salary

Pros

Really friendly staff, consistent communication throughout the entire hiring process, and during employment. Frequent lunch outings. I was given the option to extend after the temporary contract ended.

Cons

The salary was not competitive and there wasn't much room for negotiation.
