Apex is a company I feel genuinely fulfilled at and see myself working a long time!
Pros
I work at Apex because of the people, the financial and professional opportunity, and the culture. The people, because there are so many people over the years, who have had little to no need to care about my career development, who have cared and taken an interest in my career. The financial opportunity speaks for itself - taking care of people financially who have helped the company grow. But the professional opportunity is one where you can essentially create your own path and basically do a role before you're physically in that role. The culture speaks for itself but it's one where you truly look forward to coming to work because you believe that everyone around you wants to grow their career, the operation/industry, and the company as much as you do!
Cons
The pressure and stress at times but that comes with the territory.
