Money is there if you listen and work

Pros

1. One of the best comp plans (sales side) in the industry; set up so you succeed financially after a bit of time; not like most sales roles where you make hay years 1-2 then you have to sell twice as much product to half the territory to make the same amount of money 2. No micromanagement unless you're not hitting your metrics which are very clearly defined 3. Competitive environment, but not unhealthy 4. Co-workers are great to work with 5. Support is all over the place, all you have to do is ask; people always willing to help 6. Perform in whatever role you're in, and new opportunities are all over

Cons

1. Base salary is low, but if you're getting into a commission-type job, thinking minimums isn't ideal 2. Reputation in our industry isn't great, but you can change that

Pros

The uncapped commission is really what enticed me and 2 years later it is what continues to drive me. The company has a great system in place and it really does reward the employees who are willing to put in the work. The resources available for recruiters are the best in the industry and the company is always striving to provide a way for employees to succeed. I can only speak for my local office but the culture is really what keeps me around. Everyone in our office is driven and they have become people I spend a lot of time with outside of work.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that this is not the type of place that you can punch in, punch out, and collect a check. This place is not for clock watchers.

There are so many routes you can take within Apex. They really focus inward on investing in their employees. Tons of room for advancement within your position or horizontal movement if you are looking to expand your experience. Management really cares about your growth as an employee; they will ensure you have what you need to be successful.

Cons

Starting salary isn't very high, but they give you what you need to preform and advance within 3-6 months.
