      Pros

      Good company culture. Upper management is really upfront and personable.

      Cons

      Patience is a must. It can get frustrating calling contractors all day and depending on them to be reliable. Definitely have to "hold their hand" a bit or they might miss an interview or first day.

      Disorganized overall. Rushed through training and failed to establish concise information necessary for the job. Toxic environment. Disrespectful leads undermine contractors and fail to provide proper guidance towards improvement.
