      Pros

      Management in great! Very encouraging and want you to be your best self. Growth opportunities both career and compensation wise. Family oriented company... Management never bats an eye when I ask to attend a event for my child or leave a couple minutes early to get him from school. That flexibility makes me work harder and go the extra mile for Apex every chance I get.

      Cons

      I do wish there was a tiny bit more flexibly to work remote on PTO days.

      Pros

      -uncapped commision -full transparency to how you and others are doing financially -fun work environment -opportunity for advancement - is a good building block to grow a career (here or elsewhere in the HR and TA industry) - great benefits; PTO, health, matching 401K, etc.

      Cons

      - pressure to go from recruitment to account management. - regular one on one's on performance are overlooked.

      Pros

      Great commission structure. Potential to make a lot of money with the right accounts. Work hard play hard mentality.

      Cons

      Since going public they've sliced up everyone's porfolios. There was a ton of opportunity about 3 years ago. Now they're hiring so many AM's it's difficult to find good accounts. You pretty much have to hope you get lucky and pickup some really good accounts from AM's that get promoted.
