      Pros

      - Outstanding Leadership: They are very involved and always there when you need them. They give you the resources you need, and set you up for success - but, won't micromanage you. - Great Coworkers: everyone works very hard, but knows how to have fun - Gorgeous Office - Provides many resources for New Grads and continuous development - Apex has shaped who I am as a professional and I wouldn't trade my experience for anything.

      Cons

      - Commute can be tough, but that's common in Chicago.

      Promotes integrity. Promotes career and personal growth. Strives to be the best of the best in our industry. Great paid holidays and paid time off. Fun environment with quarterly teambuilding events and end of year holiday party. Work hard play hard. Provides resources for improving and growing skillset.

      Need better pay for non-sales employees. Need more opportunity for bonuses for non-sales employees. Need better bonus/pay structure for non-sales employees.
