      Pros

      Many of the people I work with truly want to make the company a better place. Management wants to see employees succeed and prosper promoting from within. Pay scales and benefits are on or slightly above the area average.

      Cons

      There are areas in the company that are still in a maturing phase due to growth which could cause some churn but I think they are on their way to becoming better.
