Pros

Unlimited PTO- only after you've worked there for a year Fun Office outings Decent post-grad job to develop basic business skills Good work-life balance because you're remote

Cons

They really need to start actually listening to their employees rather than throwing out every suggestion that is made! Leadership and Account Managers show so much favoritism to tenured recruiters and will absolutely not listen to you or even entertain any submittals or advice you give them. They're sexist and treat women like second-class citizens and feel completely at ease making passive comments about women's bodies in the workplace or blame problems with women on their "hormones" or because women are "too emotional". Basically, if you're a woman and you don't sleep with the account executives or managers, good luck getting any attention pertaining to your business. Also, they stress the whole "we're a family" trope so hard that if you literally are not best friends with everyone on your team then no one will talk to you it becomes such a toxic work environment. If you're someone like me who likes to go to work and keep that part of your life separate don't work here! They also preach that mental health is their main priority but I would tell my delivery manager that I was burnt out and this job was actually making me depressed and the only thing he suggested was to work harder and work through it! Seriously! Take your employee's mental well-being seriously. This company was started by conservative frat boys from Virginia and it shows through how old-fashioned the company is in their work model, compensation, and treatment of anyone who isn't a straight white man with no regard for their mental health. They bring in new college grads to have bodies in the door and if they don't stick they won't make any effort to keep you there or improve your situation at work. There is also no upward mobility; you come in a recruiter and you most likely will stay a recruiter.
