Pros

There is possibility of making good money. People are doing it there.

Cons

Most people do not. That place has lots of people coming and and coming out. There's lots of tedious business development involved. Also, they also only hire very young people who can put in long hours to achieve high BD numbers. But for the amount of hours that it takes to make good money there I didn't find it worth it. If your career previously was not very financially rewarding then what do you got to loose but if you are a professional making at min $70K working 40 hours a week then stay where you are. The hours at CC are insane.

Pros

-Even new people can make a lot of money in a relatively short amount of time here -If you get lucky and find some clients who are serious about hiring, the sky is the limit -Snacks in the kitchen -Fair amount of autonomy -When you're doing well, you can basically do whatever you want: lead a team, work from home, attend the luncheon and win big prizes...

Cons

-When your pipeline dries up, the perks dry up. -Even a normal or seasonal slump in your personal billing can cost you your job - Your manager is often the only person who trains you, so if they aren't great at the job of managing you, you're in for trouble -Tons and tons of turnover in recent years -There's no training for managers whatsoever, and only minimal training for new recruiters -You will spam everyone in the world at least once. I was actually spammed multiple times while I worked there, because my resume was in their ATS -Not a great environment for women -Client ownership is a major issue (to be fair, they're trying to work on this... but they tend to allow managers too much input into things that should just be decided by the most senior leadership) -Their health insurance options are absolutely terrible. This is offset by the fact that they'll cover your premium for free.. but if you are married with dependents, prepare to spend thousands out of pocket. -Overall, it is a pretty disorganized place to work

Pros

Good technology. If you like to have lavish parties where upper management tries to buy the loyalties of the drone employees, this is the place for you. If you want to have all the free junk food you can eat, this is the place for you. If you are on your second job out of college, this is the place for you.

Cons

Upper management is unprofessional. The commission structure got much worse for new employees when the middle manager layer was put into place, which is why experienced recruiters stopped being hired and most of the new hires were on their second job out of college. Too much of a boiler room environment with all of the middle managers coming from the same firm, one with a poor reputation. Non-existent HR presence considering the size of the company.
