Lots of good training and autonomy from management in order to let you run your own desk and make your own money. Good commission structure and lots of upward mobility for raises in structure.

Cons

Not much of a con but anyone who is in recruiting, especially full-desk, knows that its a grind and there are a lot of ups and downs but just got to work through them.

-Reveive consistent continuous education and sales training - My manager is responsive, always willing to help and available - Tons of collaborative resources team and company wide - Fully Remote Work - Top notch tech department and ATS Software - Uncapped commissions - Base Salary + Commissions - Can treat like your desk like you're own business essentially

Cons

- Not a company con, but the industry in general naturally has a lot of ups and downs, and full desk recruiting is a grind. Gotta be willing to work hard and also willing to take time for yourself and seperate sometimes
