Where do I even start. This company is so unsuccessful at keeping employees it’s ridiculous. The turnover is substantial, well over half employees quit or get let go 3 months into starting. The work sucks and is super boring. The management is no help so you’re not trained to do good anyways. Managers only care about themselves and how they can make money off of you (pyramid scheme). You’re on a draw so there is no base salary. they’re basically loaning you money and you have to pay back when you get commission. Which the average recruiter never sees any commission anyways because so many clients are taken already or hate us. All the good reviews for this company are fake and made by the company since they have such a bad rap. My advice: work elsewhere. Your time and effort will not be appreciated. They hire anyone who applies for a reason, people quit daily.

Highest turnover I’ve ever seen- IMO, probably a 20% retention rate over a year span. They care more about money, than investing in employees. They’ll hire anyone with a bachelors degree, in turn leading to inexperienced employees leaving a bad name on the brand. Bad name on the brand leading to lack of clients who want to work with CC.
