long long hours hunched over a computers isn't ideal but if you're in good shape it shouldn't be an obsticle

If you’re willing to learn, dig in and work hard it pays great! There are measurable attributes to the work that lead to an environment measured by metrics. Some work well within this type of system and some don’t,but it allows you to see where you can improve and generally those improvements lead to success. No draw system! Salary and commission! Shifted into remote environment! Thank you for trusting your employees, as they work hard for you.

Cons

“Unlimited PTO” which in a sales environment like this can be grueling and not really allow for taking time off freely or without some feelings of guilt
