What a nightmare!

Benefits / Kyle Martin is a good manager

Cons

On-boarding process is a nightmare. Legal documentation takes away all your rights and protects the company to basically allow them to do anything to you. It shows their corporate identity and that they have obviously been sued multiple times.

Pros

- Lots of free stuff - "unlimited PTO" - Some managers are great

Cons

- "Unlimited PTO" means you don't get paid while on vacation somehow - There's tons about "earning potential" but what they mean is you work your butt off to "split" a placement with someone. - Most of the managers just want results. They don't spend the time to train you. - This is basically an entry level job with a base salary barely above minimum wage.

There are opportunities to make money.

Cons

Management is incredibly toxic. It is not right that they allow management to openly state derogatory and racist comments on his profile ON the company website. This company does not have qualified leaders.
