I was a part of the 8-week training program - it was a total blessing. The trainers have diverse backgrounds and are amazing people, it's obvious they take pride in what they do and really care about you. It's an incredible amount of work but it prepares you for what the job is actually like. The overall company culture is unbeatable and the employee recognition is off the charts.

You have trainers and a company that truly cares for their employees and do a lot in order to ensure not only their success but their concerns, worries and troubles on the job. I have never in my professional life came across people who genuinely care for you. Sweet folks like Sarah who will give you constant compliments. Danny who watches over you, but makes you feel comfortable messing up. She'll let you know, but at least with a smile that lets you know it's not the end of the world. And Eric who plays like a big brother and really lets you feel like he has your back, especially when you have doubts on the job.
