      Pros

      - Uncapped commission structure - Comfortable work environment - Great training program - Perfect place to grow your skill-set in sales, marketing, and business development - Lots of fun company outings/activities - Good management - Free snacks for days - You basically get to run your own business. Lots of freedom to operate your own desk

      Cons

      - The draw structure of commission can catch up to you but this is avoidable if you put in the work and stay persistent. If all goes wrong and you leave/get fired, you will not owe the company money - You'll hear a lot of "No" from prospective clients and candidates but it's a sales job...get over it - If working autonomously isn't your thing then you will struggle

      Pros

      I started with CyberCoders 5 years ago. I now make more than most top Attorneys or Doctors. I am excited each and every day to come to work and love those who I work with. Every year this place gets bigger and better.

      Cons

      You need to ask yourself what is more important. Security or opportunity? If it is opportunity you are looking for I can assure you there is no better opportunity than this one.

      There's a lot of newcomers making statements upon arrival. Is that really a con or more incentive to be your best self?? Be ready to compete!
