2. If the software isn't created to make your job easier, the internal Engineering team will create it
3. Management listens to YOU, the folks on the sales floor, to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of the system/process/software
4. Make $$$$ - This is a real thing
5. If you feel lost, tired, or just overwhelmed, my Manager is the first to step up to the plate to help you be grounded again
6. Healthy competitive work environment - there's such a thing

Cons
1. The remote system is a tad bit delayed
2. The pressure that one can put on themselves can be intense. All depends on your personality
3. It's a sales environment so there's the expectation to work hard and hit your goals. You make money when you do though!
