The technology is second to none - Compensation Package, Quarterly Luncheons, Prizes, Great Atmosphere

Cons

Nothing really to say as far as downside here, Recruiting/Sales is stressful as a career, but it is less stressful when you are happy coming to work every day.

Pros

The company culture is young and they like to have fun events for the employees. Everyone is really nice and the management team was helpful and there for you when you needed it

Cons

It can be challenging figuring out the system and it is all about volume. Feel like you are pushing more then helping people find the right positions and the right candidates.

Cybercoder's gives you all the keys you need to succeed. I came to Cybercoders with zero recruiting experience and in all honesty not much interview experience and with their training I hit the ground running right away. Our proprietary recruiting software is top notch and helps us find the candidates the fastest in the recruiting world. We also have a database with over 19 million unique candidates and counting along with paid for job postings and Recruiter Accounts on LinkedIn. Our territory is limitless and there is no cap on our very generous commission plan. Additionally the management style allows you to really form your own brand and run with it.

Cons

There really is nothing wrong with Cybercoders. The only cons would be the general rigors in recruiting as an industry. Clients and candidates will always be flakey.
