      Pros

      I create opportunity for myself, and at the end of the day, I am my own boss! CyberCoders really provides you with the freedom to achieve great things through the opportunity that you create. There is never a time where I have felt unequal to my managers or peers. It is a great company that I feel many recruiters are missing out on.

      Cons

      I am young with this company and have much room to grow and learn. At this time, I have nothing poor to report about this company. It has been great!

      Pros

      Amazing technology Strong partnerships with major job boards and companies that increase your access to candidates Rewarded each quarter for your work when you succeed. They have quarterly luncheons, prizes, bonuses, nights at the best hotels in the area, etc Fun environment- it's nice to have amazing friends at work and people who I truly connect with Lots of competitions if you are the competitive type Ability to work your own desk, meaning you have full control of the process, who you work with, your territory and your outcomes

      Cons

      You're pretty much on your own once you get started- no team work (although there are teams, but you work your desk alone) Inconsistent training- goes through spurts of new training meetings and then they die off after a few weeks High expectations up front- starting your own successful desk with quality clients can take time. There is a lot of pressure to do this immediately and be a star performer. A lot of focus on short term goals versus long term success at the company

      Pros

      I have worked in recruiting for almost 9 years and have never been at a company that provides the resources that CyberCoders does. Aside from the cool extras, they give you the chance to build your own business. If you cannot succeed here, then you should probably look into working in another field.

      Cons

      With ANY employer there are minor annoyances. They are far outweighed by the environment and resources provided by CyberCoders.
