There is as much opportunity for financial gain and advancement as you are willing to put the time in, to earn.

Cons

Nothing specific to Cybercoders, but a full commission role has its ups and downs, but that is part of the deal when you have the opportunity to earn UNCAPPED earnings.

No micro-management, unlimited opportunity for pay, great culture, lots of perks and gifts, and you basically run your own business! The people are what make this a great place to work, and the technology... The recruiting system is far superior to any I have ever seen or heard of, making it easy to be efficient and close deals (make money)! You will always be rewarded and praised for your successes here!

Cons

Hard to take time off without losing ground, but that is to be expected in Sales.
