Pros

When they say work hard, play hard they mean it. At CC, I had fun coworkers and was in a fun environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, there was a lack of support from management. For too long people were promoted based on their ability to make money versus their ability to lead. Did not make for great managerial staff.

Pros

- Can make more money then you ever thought possible in your 20s - Flexibility (if you're hitting your numbers) - Free snacks every once in a while - 100% commission

Cons

- Company is cutting all excess spending since the acquisition - Management used to really care about employees, now you're just a number - Some of the managers are terrible in the way they lead, treat their team, and train their employees - 100% commission so it's a sink or swim environment - Cutting all resources to make a hard job even harder (lack of inmails, job postings, etc.) - Their ATS is trash (especially the new Cyrus 3)

Not what it once was

Pros

- Fun company culture - Potential to make a lot of money - Annual christmas parties that are always awesome, beach bash in summer, catered food on certain holidays, costume contest with prizes for halloween, cook off with prizes for thanksgiving, etc. - If you get the right manager, you can end up with a great mentor. That's if you get the right manager though.

Cons

- While the culture is still fun to an extent, it's not like it was before they were acquired by OnAssignment. It's more corporate now and events that used to be for everyone and now more numbers-driven and are only for the "elite" billers. Yes, they call them elite. - Competition for clients and billing is much more cutthroat - Very big sink or swim mentality - High turn over. You get a couple months now to figure it out and if you don't do well right away, you're gone and they have a brand new class of hopefuls ready to take your place - Hiring too many people. Don't see how it's sustainable
