Pros
- Very good base salary. - Make $100K or significantly more per year. - All the training you need is provided. - Comfortable, easy work. - Amazing comp plan. - Lots of availability for promotion.
Cons
- If you are 1 year or less new to sales, it will take you at least a year to figure this out. - It is easy work, but it is very complicated. There are many moving parts to keep track of. - It takes 6-9 months before you will be paid any commission than the base salary. - 1 year for the average person to earn a consistent commission check. - The initial comp plan isn't amazing. But after 1-2 years (1-2 promotions) your comp plan is extraordinary.
