Pros

Most managers are great and strive to see you succeed. You have the opportunity if you work your butt off and get lucky with a great client to make some serious cash.

Cons

Low retention. Company culture can be a bit cut throat. Hard to get on your feet if your just starting. The draw sucks cause basically even if you do make any commission it just goes to paying the draw back.

Pros

Potential to make a lot of money!! Like a TON of money. If you can get to the top 5-10% of the company. You also have the ability to grow your own team based on your billing. Good ATS -- constantly gets updated on a weekly basis. Relatively Lax environment. If you enjoy hustling you will do well. If you enjoy testing many different tactics and strategies you will do well. If you can stay positive during ramp up, you will do well. Snacks If you have a good team, they will be the highlight of your day.

Cons

Lack of training on tactics that really work. You'll have to come up with your own. Internal Competition of 400 recruiters (constantly growing) Top producers keep secret strategies. Management of sales activity, doesn't dig into true reasons of what is going on your desk.
