Pros

Flexibility of hours and choosing the market you want to work in.

Cons

The company has a poor reputation with a lot of companies and candidates due to the "spray and pray" mentality when it comes to outreach.

Pros

Most recruiters work independently as an "intrepreneur", responsible for running a full-cycle recruiting process (Business Development through Recruiting Candidates). This gives each person the ability to "run their own business" to match their own clients' needs.

Cons

Since each recruiter has a different style and approach, experiences for clients, candidates, and employees of CyberCoders will also vary.
