      -Opportunity to make good money -Learn a lot about recruiting, they train you -Stretches you to be the best that you can be -Snacks, drinks, coffee stocked in kitchen

      Cons

      -High turn over -Micromanagement -low company morale -little work life balance -sink or swim type of environment -If you want to take time off, there is push back based on numbers.

      Pros

      If you’re willing to learn, dig in and work hard it pays great! There are measurable attributes to the work that lead to an environment measured by metrics. Some work well within this type of system and some don’t,but it allows you to see where you can improve and generally those improvements lead to success. No draw system! Salary and commission! Shifted into remote environment! Thank you for trusting your employees, as they work hard for you.

      “Unlimited PTO” which in a sales environment like this can be grueling and not really allow for taking time off freely or without some feelings of guilt
