Pros

You can definitely make a lot of money here as a recruiter if you grind.

Cons

Leadership doesn’t have any training and gets promoted based on billing, so it’s a real hit and miss with who your manager is.

Pros

I love my manager and I love the people. Everyone is onboard about helping and sharing knowledge so that everyone can do and be their best. It's amazing and it's really reflected from the top down.

Cons

This is a HARD JOB there's no question about it. No PTO which is unfortunate but I guess the high pay potential offsets it?

Pros

- Fun Company Culture - You can make very very good money (if you are resilient, good with people, and willing to hustle) $100K+ first year, you can even make $100K in a single-good quarter - Top recruiters and leaders are always willing to listen and advise

Cons

- Work-life balance can be hard (full desk recruiting) - If you need someone else to motivate/push you this is not for you (TBH there's minimal training, and managers won't hold your hand, if you don't push yourself to go ask questions you won't make it past a year) - Stressful sales environment (metrics oriented, competitive)
