As a 14+ year employee - I can attest to what a wonderful place to work this is. The countless success stories, the openness to share insider tips + tricks to achieve success and the willingness of the leaders to share knowledge and collaborate with anyone and everyone has been a driver in creating a wonderful culture. The track for promotion and leadership makes career growth clear and attainable and I love the merit driven upside.

Cons

The nature of any sales job creates some turnover among new folks who are unable to figure it out. Not everyone is cut out for a career in sales + agency recruiting
