      Pros

      Company invests a ton into developing it's tech and bringing in tech. A lot of training resources as well including ramp ups, refreshers, etc for new or struggling recruiters. Lead recruiter pay is great at 40% of all billing after your first $50k each quarter. If you work hard and are good at your job you make a lot of money. I don't empathize with anyone crying over earnings, this is sales, you knew what you were getting into. CyberCoders provides zero hindrances for you to make half a million annually

      Cons

      The base is low, the option for a slightly higher base after you move up the ranks or even taking out a small draw would be nice. The company does not have the best name in the industry because many bad recruiters have soiled it. Better training early on in terms of how to properly deal with clients would help protect brand name and allow recruiters to gain more business

      Pros

      They host several team events to keep the spirit and energy up, costume contests, luncheons and other catered meals etc.

      Cons

      You have to be chained to your desk, no real human interaction and all eblasts and staring at the computer screen.
