Cons

One of the worst interview and onboarding process I have ever had. Managers and VP are super rude. I truly do not think they want you to succeed here, they just want you to make THEM money. Get a more equal or fair base pay! It does not make sense that an entry level recruiter with one year of experience and a recruiter with 7+ years are both at a base of 50k. Yes there are commissions but someone who has 7+ years of experience, is older in their career, with a house and a family needs more than a 50k base to rely on. I felt like I had to jump through hoops in this interview process, which consisted of 6 interviews and took almost 3 months. I was excited about this agency but should have done more research as the reviews on glassdoor, reddit, etc are awful. I should have listened to the reviews and have not wasted my time here. This place is awful! The glassdoor reviews of Jobot are awful as well.
