Pros
The culture here is amazing, my manager is so supportive and gives me amazing guidance. We have our benefits almost fully covered and a generous 401K plan. The unlimited vacation is a huge perk especially because I'm someone that is very spontaneous and loves to go on last minute adventures (as long as I'm hitting my goals that is). The uncapped commission gives everyone an equal opportunity to work hard and achieve as much as they want. On top of that, CyberCoders throws the best parties of any company I have ever worked for at luxurious locations. After my last position, where I always being expected to work off the clock, wasn't valued or provided with company benefits, and getting time off was like pulling teeth, I feel so lucky to work here!
Cons
The job can be stressful at times. Unlike some other sales positions where you can do a deal and take your foot off the gas, your foot has to stay on the gas pedal if you want to do well here. This is what keeps me going though, I love that you can have the opportunity to achieve as much as you want to achieve!
