Pros

Great earning potential, recruiting tools, culture.

Cons

No growth. Culture constantly changing as company grows - unsustainable. Resources are being overused, and 200 recruiters are running in to each other's paths regarding candidates and clients. Survival of the fittest. No salary, full commission. Very high benefit premiums for individuals with additional family members.

Pros

- Chris De Cecco; I participated in his restart program to develop stronger recruiting tactics, techniques, and forms of communication. - If you perform well; you will advance within the company. - Opportunity for full-desk recruiting

Cons

- This recruiting firm has no established rules concerning candidate ownership. Although they reference an ownership guideline, recruiters have discovered a loophole and exploited it. For example, by forming a new partnership with a newly acquired firm, they utilize candidates previously submitted by other recruiters to fill vacancies without granting ownership to the original recruiter as the ownership rule would not apply to "newly acquired firms". - Account managers will "remove" your candidate who is currently undergoing the onboarding process and substitute them with a candidate of their own to enhance their commission opportunities. There have been multiple occasions where my candidates were swiftly removed from the onboarding process because the position was filled, only to later discover that the position had been filled by the account manager. My concerns were validated when I received a letter from the Department of Labor, Wages & Hours, informing me that I was awarded a substantial sum of money for not being adequately compensated during my employment there. Upon further examination, it was established that I had not received commission for 8+ candidate placements.
