      Pros

      Get to work remote! Very collaborative team environment even though we work remote. Great Leadership and tools for success.

      Cons

      Only down side is that it's sales so there is always going to be ups and downs but other than that, I've enjoyed working here and had a lot of success.

      None that I can really think of.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know how to manage. Being a manager's favorite is the key to surviving. Awful benefits. They took extra perks away. Lots of turnover.

      Benefits / Kyle Martin is a good manager

      Cons

      On-boarding process is a nightmare. Legal documentation takes away all your rights and protects the company to basically allow them to do anything to you. It shows their corporate identity and that they have obviously been sued multiple times.
