Pros

Work place environment is Fantastic! Beautiful, vibrant, spacious office with a full kitchen including free coffee, soda, breakfast, and snacks! We have a mix of ages but the average age is about 27 so the personality of the company is friendly, youthful, playful, and very high energy. Your co-workers are money motivated and competitive. Their energy is infectious and you’ll find yourself competing just for the sake of competing! There is a lot of money to be made here. Other Pros: Company parties, trips, prizes, quarterly luncheons, flexible schedule, gym.

Cons

This job is not for the novice. I would recommend this job to the experienced recruiter or accomplished salesperson. This job is fast pace and requires everyone to run a full desk. If you hate sales this is not the job for you. Your success truly depends upon you taking ownership of your desk as if you were the CEO of your own private firm. Managers are hands off which is fantastic if you are self-monitoring. If you are driven by money, competition, or success and have an internal drive that keeps you accountable then this job is absolutely for you! And you need to apply now because you have the personality to achieve an astonishing the level of income. No other recruiting firm will provide you with the earning potential we have here at Cybercoders.

Pros

if you apply yourself and work hard, the opportunities here are great. People who are good at recruiting (both sales and account management) have a very good chance at earning the income that other agencies promise but rarely deliver

Cons

If you need micromanagement and a lot of training, working here can be a challenge. It's an entrepreneurial environment. The management provides a framework, but not a ton of skill development. They can help you fine tune your skills, but not develop skills from scratch.

Pros

Once you step into the CyberCoders’ offices you can feel the energy, you get the vibe something special happens there. CyberCoders had created an environment where you’re sure to have a few laughs throughout the day. It’s nice to work with passionate and like-minded professionals. The team structure creates an atmosphere which encourages idea sharing, making decisions, assuming responsibility and earning recognition for your efforts, talents & dedication. The company goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and appreciated, (and not just the top billers as mentioned in a previous post). There are always fun competitions running, (both work and non-work related) where often the prizes are iPads, Cash or laptops. Aside from the startup feel of fully-stocked kitchens, lavish company events CyberCoders offers proprietary technology in their applicant tracking system (ATS) that is far superior to those of other recruiting companies. The ATS in conjunction with the resume database, and corporate partnerships really puts the recruiters in the best position to not only find top candidates for the clients but elevates the earning potential! *Althought CyberCoders offers a lot of great tools, the job isn't "easy". It takes dedication and a drive to be successful no matter where you work.

Cons

Training – The initial training course is 1 week; which is enough for those with previous recruiting experience. For those without a recruiting background it may not be enough. (Don't worry you get more training from your manager) Although I DO NOT feel the below mention topics are cons I wanted to address the cons people previously mentioned. - Micro-management: As a whole the company does not micro manage. I think it really depends on the manager of your team. I recommend asking the manager when you’re interviewing what his/her management style is. I feel my manager is there as a tool and lets me run my own desk. - CyberActions: Yes, CyberCoders sets goals and requires that you complete so many actions a week. This is set up as a guide to help the recruiters. Recruiting is sales. Sales is a numbers game. The CyberActions break down those numbers to put you in the best possible situation to make money.
