Pros

ECS does offer the ability to obtain a Secret & TS/SCI clearance, making it a great opportunity to get a foot in the door in the intelligence and contracting world. For imagery analysis, the day-to-day work is consistent and you're able to work independently without being micromanaged. Bonuses are offered; however, minuscule at that. The workplace can be very enjoyable when you're with a good group. Great team collaboration environment and workplace diversity.

Cons

While the day-to-day work is consistent, at times it can be tedious if you're looking for diversity in daily tasks. There is also a noticeable gap in communication from upper management and there's little opportunity for upward career mobility--including promotions. Unfortunately, nepotism is also awry in some departments, alienating good employees.

Pros

- Well diversified as a systems integrator - Prime contractor on several large vehicles - Great incentives for education, training, and certs - Great culture with lots of young talent - Very pro military and willing to take a chance on veterans - Vert flexible with remote work (if the contract is not "on-site" work) - Lots of people gaining entry into big tech/tech defense from here

Cons

- Promotes too fast and senior PM seem to plateau as far as pay and increased responsibility - Hires externally for senior management/director roles, not conducive to a build from within culture - Being pro military also means there is a some passive aggressiveness with senior leaders

Pros

The MarCom team is an amazing group of individuals working together to create quality content and design. The team is led by a VP who trusts employees to do their job without micromanaging and encourages ownership and responsibility of tasks. There is a lot of work on everyone's plate, but hard work is recognized and rewarded by leadership. We are provided with flexible work schedules and remote locations which affords a great work/life balance. We connect for social events as much as possible and celebrate hard work as a team. If you're looking for a great team and strong, caring leadership, then this is the place for you!
