The amount of turnover in the Recruiting Department speaks for itself. It's the most toxic place I've ever worked. I was not given an exit review, nor did my Supervisor ever even acknowledge my departure. No career growth opportunities. We would told on several occassions that promotions are strictly related to tenure. When discussing raises, we were told "well you took the offer".

The job becomes tedious after a while for underwhelming pay (unless promoted). Very much a revolving door--new analysts coming and going on a regular basis. Expansive and ever-changing ontologies to re-familiarize self with.
