My personal experience has been exceptional. I've been with ECS for a number of years and have continued to see the company grow and more importantly, shift and evolve in this time of uncertainty in the federal market. ECS seems to have weathered the storm well and continues to plan into the future. Transparency is a top priority of leadership and it feels like we're all in it together. More specifically, the marketing and communications team continues to be a bright spot for employment. A small team but mighty team, tackling large challenges, and delivering excellent results.

Provides yearly training budget for employees. Management encourages career growth. Not many playing "office politics." Flexible hybrid remote schedule.
