-Contracts unfortunately do come to an end. -Compensation in the unclassified side of things was a little low and the justification was the clearance sponsorship, but then the project grew too much, and raises weren’t given not even to adjust for inflation. -PTO gets burned faster than accrued and LWOP rulings can be wishy washy depending on how management is feeling about enforcing the contract. You have to basically leave it for sick days.

-Really hard to advance or even move between projects -You'll probably feel like an outcast if you don't have some kind of military background -Very disorganized company and team structure -Management doesn't seem to care at all about the employees or anything besides deliverables -Very easy to get left behind, too much responsibility is placed on each employee to "keep busy"
