Pros

Support from Executive Management (Roy Kapani, George Wilson and Tom Weston/Anthony Schulien) down to the first line supervisors. While working at Corporate, the Executive Management was always approachable and willing to listen. ECS is a top notch company.

Cons

Employees need to understand the way the Government is operating today with low price wins the contract and rising Medical cost.

They are large enough to offer opportunities nationwide. However, if you find an opportunity of interest, it is difficult to transfer or interview due to customer relations.

Cons

Leadership is constantly chasing the next dollar. We are contract employees "Advisory & Assistance" contractors. For us to be employed we must have a contract for coverage. That's what brings in revenue. No contract no job. We are considered a "butt-in-a-seat". Leadership bids contracts with pay cuts for the employees in order to win the contracts. Benefits are sub-standard also.
