No remote or hybrid flexibility

I had the unfortunate experience of working for ECS, and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing jobs I’ve ever had. The company has zero concern for the well-being of its employees. It’s clear they value profit over people, which is reflected in their poor pay and lack of support for their staff. They are incredibly desperate to fill positions, so they often throw employees into roles they are not trained or prepared for, leading to confusion and frustration. There’s no clear communication from management, and when they decide to let someone go, they don’t even have the decency to explain why. I have talked to several people who experienced this. It is an extremely shady company with an incredibly unprofessional environment. Never have I seen employees curse so openly on work calls and email clients with abrasive undertones. I would not recommend anyone to work here. If you value your mental health and career development, look elsewhere.
