Clean, safe work environment Regular training opportunities Computers were regularly updated Reliable phone service available Close to Tri-Rail transportation for those who don't live in Palm Beach County

Cons

Erratic leadership; annual hire up in the fall / downsize in the spring cycle Weird / reliable water filtration system - safer to bring your own water / coffee than to use what was offered Fair supervisors driven off by whimsical / fire them before they come after us leadership style

Not a single darn thing.

Cons

Where do I even start? No work/life balance, crappy leadership, high turnover (see previous two comments), no morale, unfair treatment, spying encouraged, fake reviews are a MUST if you want to keep your job.
