Dear Reviewer who states they are a “Former VP in Boca,” There have been no changes in Vice Presidents at the Boca Raton Campus so we do not believe this review is credible. Furthermore, at Everglades University, providing excellent customer service to our students is a priority. We have a 24-hour response time policy to ensure all current and future students are receiving prompt replies and support from all departments and our faculty. Our Admissions Department also strives to provide prompt contact to prospective students so we may service them as effectively as possible. Admissions Counselors are required to spend at least half their day working with our prospective students, sounds fair right? All expectations are discussed during the interview, onboarding, and training processes so team members are prepared and excited to be a vital part of the student experience. We are sorry you are not aligned with this culture. But we wish you well in your next endeavor.

Thank you for taking time to express your concerns. Everyone deals with change differently. Everglades University is inclusive to all employees and treats everyone fairly. Management works with and coaches employees to better their ability to support student enrollment and student success. The Admissions Counselor and Academic Advisor roles have significant responsibilities to students who may attend the University based on their admissions experience and the support from advisors, etc. We wish you success in the future and hope that you find the right place to work.
