The ability to connect with students is a draw for many. Unfortunately the university is run like a boiler room call center so the time to connect with each student is limited.

Cons

During my time at everglades, the president of the university never made a visit to our department despite only working a floor below us. We were warned when it was thought she may visit. That thankfully never happened. Rather than inspire staff she lead through fear. The experience of a stranger should always be questioned for legitimacy. I challenge you to visit the Yelp page for Everglades, there you will see the president’s main priority. You’ll also get a glimpse into the way she communicates to management here. This style of toxic leadership trickles down to those in each department. Please educate yourself.

Dear Stranger, The legitimacy of a review should also be questioned if the employee may have been terminated for cause. Your campus managers took action they felt appropriate we are sorry you are upset and placing the blame with someone you state you never met.
