This University is a GREAT place to work. After five years of being there I have seen so many people grow personally and professionally. I was personally promoted and one of my team members was promoted to my old job. If you work hard it doesn't go unnoticed! Excited about our growing University especially when so many other schools are closing or downsizing. I am blessed to be part of the EU family and I look forward to what is to come in our future.

Cons

Hard work is required! We are a small team so team members cannot just skate by without doing their work. Everyone depends on one another as a good team should.

The best job I have ever had! If your dream is work with fellow staff and faculty who truly have a passion for helping their students succeed and enjoy working together towards a common goal then Everglades University is the place for you! The dedicated team at EU Sarasota is a joy to work with and the Faculty are amazing. Our students make us proud every day as we witness their dedication to pursuing their degrees while working and taking care of their families! How often in life can you say that you were lucky enough to help make the future a better place? We do that every day by helping students change their lives through the power of education!

Everglades University, in my opinion is absolutely a unique institution. I have been working in the educational industry for the past 15 years and can say that I have never seen an institution that works so hard to make sure it's students are successful. The staff and faculty goes beyond for their students. I have seen several team members promoted within my tenure with the school and a lot of growth. Personally, I left the organization to venture into a position closer to home a few years ago and found my way back to Everglades as this feels like home to me. I love my career and helping to change lives!
