Warm Atmosphere!!

Pros

This Institution is a step up from other local competing colleges with their Leadership in the Tampa location. They are very professional, yet sincere in their warm demeanor! The way they treat their Adjuncts makes one want to continue being a part of their environment. Its simply a very positive setting and enjoyable to be an Instructor there!

Cons

If I had to mention one, maybe the term or length of a course could be a little longer. But it is satisfactory. I just hate when a student has a dilemma, for example, like a health issue and is out for a week or two and they miss a lot of the course.

If the CEO has to force people to self rank there is definitely a problem. This place is a short stick away from a disaster. Yes, it is a sales job. Yes, they will fire you within a month if you don’t enroll. Yes, there open door policy is a joke. Just read all responses to negative reviews and see how horrible they are at communicating. Yes, it is a very toxic environment Period! Find a real University with a good reputation to work for that appreciates their employees. Also, all university responses sound like a bad Jerry Springer self defense.

Cons

It’s like the owner of this organization put his daughter in charge to “play school”. Really sad for students to get mislead into this. Keep playing “play school Kristi!”
