The students come to this university because they are genuinely interested in advancing their knowledge in their chosen field. Their passion and enthusiasm matched with the faculty expertise make the campus come alive!

Cons

Many people still do not know about the university. Once the word gets out, the student population will grow! EU is a hidden treasure.

Good pay, some level of professionalism, the faculty very knowledgeable

Cons

Do not expect a work/life balance here, it is true everyone's experience is different but the reviews from the other sites like indeed, monster, etc are true about this institution. . They are behind the ball when it comes to innovation in training, retaining talent, and they have a funnel mindset. Need a true structural overhaul from the top down. The high turnover rate is directly attributed to their retaining qualified admissions professionals.

Thank you for your feedback. We provide a formalized training process for our new Admissions Counselors along with regular checkpoints in weekly one-on-ones and team trainings on the fundamentals. Furthermore, we conduct programmatic trainings provided by our Academic Leadership to gain knowledge in the programs offered at the university.
