Pros

None. Terrible organization that has even worse retention.

Cons

No SOP or guidelines. Goals are unattainable because the lead inquiry is garbage, so you call the same list of 150 people every day till they block the company #. Metrics change daily. Expect to be micromanaged from the time you clock in till you leave EVEN if you are more than capable of working independently and actively manage your time well--this will come from bursting in your office to belt out demands, email and messages all simultaneously. Blackout months occur during peak enrollment, so don't expect a summer vacation or to take a sick day during that time.

Pros

Good experience, beautiful office building

Cons

It’s not unusual for managers to yell at employees, make everyone work weekends or holidays last minute as punishment, and the environment is very tense.
