Pros

A great place to work. Treated well by my boss and feel appreciated. I am proud of our university in that it is taking all precautions to keep the staff, instructors, and students safe from the virus. Everglades provides cutting edge programs and small class sizes to unsure you get maximum attention from your instructor. If your not here you really should be!!!

Cons

I have no down side being a part of the EU team!!

Pros

The pros of working here are the people you meet.

Cons

While you may have been hired to do one thing, at some point all positions are required to stop what they were hired for to do Admissions calls to get old students to come back to school. You even get written up if you do not make a certain amount of dials per hour. I did not know part of my responsibilities were going to include sales and a heavy volume of outbound calls. Also, you will never be approved to take more than 5 consecutive days off for a vacation. So if you like to take long vacations, that will not happen here. There are black out periods every single month (a new set of students start every month). Typically, the first two weeks of every month you cannot take time off. You must work 12-hour shifts once a month (the first day of the start, 8:30a to 8:00pm). Lastly, they force employees to go on job websites like this to give positive reviews and then you have to send them proof of what you said.
