Compared to other private colleges, the pay is great.

Cons

The pay is great but the expectations are extremely high and sometimes unrealistic to attain. The leadership appear to be nice and supportive but they care about results more than the work environment of the employees. The culture is TOXIC. The disrespect trickles from the top of management down to the campus level. You are spoken to (sometimes yelled at) harshly, depending on the campus.... there is manipulation and disrespect every day. The morale of the employees is rock bottom. I would never refer anyone to work for this company unless they were applying to be a receptionist/ administrative assistant or faculty/adjunct instructor. And I wouldn't trust all the reviews....they ask for employees to give reviews. I never gave a review while employed there.

I have been with Everglades University since December 2009. The quality and care for the students is exceptional. We have qualified instructors and a knowledgeable staff. Working here has been wonderful.

WAY overpriced. $80,000 for a degree in Business or Alternative Medicine? Even if you get a grant you'll owe $50K in loans for a $30K job.
