Pros

Wonderful work environment where everyone works together as a team towards the same goal. Truly feels like a small work family. If you ever have any questions or are unsure how to do something, there is always someone there to help and teach you. It is also a very rewarding experience working alongside students and helping them make there dreams come true. Many students have put off going to school for a bit, and when they take that first step it is such a wonderful experience seeing how excited they are.

Cons

Sometimes people may hang up on you, but does not happen often.
