Pros

Working as a team to achieve enrollment goals Helping people attain their higher learning goals. Working with a small team of dedicated professionals that all march in the same direction thanks to a strong leader. An environment that is encouraging, supportive, and collegial, we work hard but manage to have fun moments throughout the day. Your own office, with a door. It isn't cubicle country. Top pay rate per position when compared to national averages

Cons

The temperature in the building makes some offices very cold. Buy a sweater.

Pros

+Pay is largely competitive with other universities. +VP Dina Siganos and Dean of Admissions Dawn Carlson of the Tampa campus are amazing leaders to work for. +Faculty and ancillary support staff is awesome. +Speaking with prospective students over the phone once you could get someone to answer was a great experience. +Meeting with students on-campus was also rewarding. +Training and onboarding was rock solid and enjoyable.

Cons

-Was only getting 2-3 new leads per day on average. -Had me mainly calling well-mined leads from the past several years. Lots of voicemails, not interested prospects, and getting hung up on. If you deal well with this mentally, you’ll do great here. -Your performance is hugely under a daily/weekly/monthly microscope by Corporate Leadership in Boca. It’s very much a “What have you done for me lately?” culture. -The schedule requires you to work two 11 AM-8 PM shifts each week plus a Saturday every 3-4 weeks. This position is ideal for individuals that don’t have young children. -The cost of getting a Bachelor’s degree here is about $109,000. The cost is outrageously high compared to other institutions. -This position has many parallels to selling cars at a car dealership.

Your feedback is valuable to the Tampa Campus. We take pride in the education we are delivering as a private regionally accredited ICUF University. Our service to our students is our priority. The campus expectation for all staff members is that we provide excellent customer service to our current and potential students. Our work schedules support our working adult students and were discussed in your job interview. Our tuition is competitive with private Universities. Many people take months and sometimes years to determine their university and program of study. This is a big decision. Therefore, as a private institution we take pride in assisting everyone with proper guidance and support while they determine their next steps. The job description items you have referenced were discussed during your interview, during on-boarding and during your training. We are surprised that you are surprised by requirements clearly outlined when you were hired. We appreciate your feedback and wish you success in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Dina Siganos Tampa Campus Vice President

Pros

Looks clean, pretty, nicely decorated the recruiter is awesome, free coffee, very clean bathrooms, clean office

Cons

Terrible work culture, people in management act high and mighty like everyone else is below them. There are lots of gossips mess he say she say whispers etc. They lie about compensation they will try to convince you it is a certain amount when it's not. The school is very expensive like almost 100k for a Bachelors you can obtain at some universities for less than 25k. Some of their degrees are worthless it will not do nothing for you except leave you in debt. They lie to get you enrolled. My advice run as if fire caught your draws.
