Everglades University offers innovative programs taught by instructors with real world and industry experience. Class sizes are small which allows for critical thinking class discussions. The Tampa campus has a family atmosphere for both students and staff. Everglades also has a great work life balance for instructors.

Pros

I have been working at Everglades University for two years and three months, and it has been an enriching experience. It is a fast pace environment, but we have all the support we need. The staff is caring for the progress and success of the students. We love our students and strive to prepare them to be successful in their careers. Everglades is a great place to work.

Pros

The students are great but you really feel for the ones not on VA benefits who are taking out loans for a $100K bachelors degree. There is nothing good about the actual work environment.

Cons

Excellent staff are hired then micromanaged into oblivion. Be prepared for Unrealistic expectations for workload and dealing with all the “trackers” one has to complete accounting for every second of the day on top of the actual job you’re hired to do. This place is a nightmare...if you aren’t a company “yes” man especially. Don’t even bother applying here.
